1. Business information

Good Ereseh operates as a sole trader from London, United Kingdom. Contact: art@goodereseh.com.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries and purchases. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful material.

3. Products and descriptions

Good Ereseh sells original artwork, prints and bespoke commissions. Reasonable care is taken to describe products accurately. Screen colours, texture and scale may differ from the physical artwork, especially with charcoal, graphite and paper-based work.

Original artworks are unique. Once an original is sold, it may no longer be available.

4. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when Good Ereseh accepts the order or, for a commission, when the commission has been reviewed, the quotation and scope have been agreed, and the required deposit has been received.

Good Ereseh may decline an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing error, or the request cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown or agreed before payment. Available payment methods are those offered through the website or private payment link at the time of purchase.

6. Commissions

Bespoke commissions are governed by the Commission Terms. The standard payment structure is 50% deposit before work begins and 50% balance before dispatch or delivery, unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.

7. Delivery

Delivery arrangements, costs and estimates are explained in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Unless a different period is agreed, online goods should be delivered within the period required by applicable consumer law.

8. Returns and cancellations

Rights differ between ready-made goods and clearly personalised commissions. See the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Personalised or made-to-order items may be treated differently from standard goods under distance-selling rules, but this does not remove rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

9. Intellectual property

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, copyright in artwork, website content, photographs of artwork, text and branding remains with Good Ereseh or the relevant rights holder. Buying a physical artwork does not automatically transfer copyright.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for faulty goods or other statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Good Ereseh is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for losses caused by information or actions outside the reasonable control of the business.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
