AI Commission Studio Policy
This policy explains the role of the AI assistant used in the Good Ereseh Commission Studio.
1. Purpose of the AI assistant
The AI assistant helps customers describe an artwork idea, identify useful reference material, consider composition and size, and prepare a clearer brief for Good Ereseh to review.
Its role is guidance and intake. The customer-facing assistant does not create the final hand-drawn artwork.
2. Uploaded photographs
If you upload a photograph, the Commission Studio may send that image to the AI service so the assistant can discuss features relevant to the proposed artwork, such as pose, facial detail, lighting, clothing, background and composition.
The Studio is configured with instructions not to regenerate or replace uploaded reference photographs. The purpose of the upload is to help understand the commission request and preserve the image as a reference for Good Ereseh.
If you upload more than one photograph, the assistant may ask which image should be primary or how elements from several references should be combined.
3. Human review
Good Ereseh personally reviews submitted commission requests before accepting them. AI responses do not constitute acceptance of a commission, a final artistic decision, a binding quotation or confirmation that a requested deadline can be met.
4. AI limitations
AI systems can misunderstand instructions, make incorrect assumptions or produce inaccurate statements. You should correct the assistant if it misunderstands your request. Good Ereseh may also clarify or change an AI suggestion during human review.
5. What you may submit
Only upload photographs, text and other material that you have the right or permission to provide. Do not upload unlawful material, confidential information you are not authorised to disclose, or material that infringes another person's privacy, copyright or other rights.
If a photograph contains another person, including a child, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority or permission required to provide it for the commission.
6. Personal information and AI processing
Messages, prompts and uploaded reference photographs may contain personal information. This information may be sent to the AI provider to generate a response and may also be stored with the commission request so Good Ereseh can review and fulfil it.
For more information about purposes, service providers, retention and your data rights, read the Privacy Policy.
7. Your material
Uploading a reference photograph does not transfer ownership of that photograph to Good Ereseh. You grant the permission necessary to process and use the supplied material for reviewing, preparing and fulfilling the requested commission, subject to the applicable terms and privacy policy.
8. Quotes, contracts and payment
The AI assistant does not set a binding price and does not take payment during the creative conversation. After your request is submitted, Good Ereseh reviews the brief and may prepare a concept. If the commission is accepted, the quotation and payment instructions are provided separately.
The standard commission payment structure is 50% deposit before work begins and 50% before the completed artwork is dispatched or delivered, unless another arrangement is agreed in writing.
9. Contact
If you would prefer to discuss a commission without using the AI assistant, or if you have questions about how your information is handled, contact art@goodereseh.com.
